Ilaa Verma Aspiring Actress And Writer

Union Minister S Jaishankar Launches Veteran Journalist Prem Prakash’s Book Reporting India – My Seventy Year Journey As A Journalist At Kitaab Event

21 December 2020, Kolkata/New Delhi: Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs, Government of India, launched veteran journalist and media entrepreneur Prem Prakash’s book “Reporting India: My Seventy-Year Journey as a Journalist” at Kitaab online book launch event organized by Prabha Khaitan Foundation of Kolkata in association with Penguin India. Eminent litterateurs, scholars, book lovers, students and journalists from across the country joined the virtual event for an engaging hour-long session with the author Prem Prakash; panelists Sheela Bhatt and Sushant Sareen and Ms Aakriti Periwal of PKF introducing the session and Venkat Narayan made the concluding remarks. Reflecting on seven decades of journalistic work by Prem Prakash, Minister of External Affairs, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, said, “Prem Prakash’s book in reality is a celebration of his life. He has been there and done that and shaped our recollection of events and the image of India. He has always been at his detached best. 13th November, 2020, Kolkata / London: The Prabha Khaitan Foundation, Kolkata, today announced the online launch of “Dear Mama” – a collection of intimate letters to their mothers – written by billionaires, spiritual gurus, members of the British House of Lords, political leaders, members of royal families, actors, entrepreneurs, journalists, photographers and doctors. The book was formally launched by Cherie Blair, British barrister, writer and women’s rights activist, also the wife of former UK prime minister Tony Blair, at the Kitab online event presented by Shree Cement and joined in by hundreds of invitees from across the globe. Bollywood Lyricist Meenu Singh Celebrates Her 25 Years In Bollywood

Lyricist Meenu Singh is celebrating her 25 years in bollywood this year. She has the distinction of working with popular Singers,  Music Directors & Producer –  Directors  viz Mahinder Kapoor, Bhappi Lehri,  DAVID DHAWAN, ANU MALIK, DALER MEHNDI, MIKA, BALI BRUMBHAT, SHAAN, SHEREYA GOSHAL, SONU NIGAM, VINOD RATHOD, UDIT NARAYAN  and the list goes on. Presently, Meenu is writing for Bappi Lahiri’s compositions. She has even penned the lyrics of Asha Bhosle’s forth-coming album. Poetry has always been her passion, says Meenu. She was born and brought up in Jalandhar but the passion became a profession when she moved to Mumbai. “My husband has been a great support”. But my inspiration has been Anand Bakshi.
